Fans of all ages and fandoms are invited to Hays Library's first ever Bilbio-Con! A chance to dress up in your favorite cosplay, play games, and win prizes.

Fans of all fandom kind are invited to join us at Hays Library for their first ever Biblio-Con! Participants are invited to dress up in their favorite cosplay and join us for an afternoon of fun, full of cool photo booths, workshops, crafts, a scavenger hunt, and a costume contest!
We're inviting all fans: from galaxies far, far away, to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, to the far reaches of Asgard. We want to see you all!
Costumes must be family-friendly and not include weapons.
The costume contest will include 4 age groups; 0-5, 6-12, 13-17, and 18+. Costume contest winners will be chosen by a panel of judges. Contest participants will walk the runway at:
- Age group 0-5: 10:30 a.m.
- Age group 6-12: 11:30 a.m.
- Age group 13-17: 12:30 p.m.
- Age group 18+: 1:30 p.m.
Winners will be chosen after their respective time slots and must be present to win.
