P - 10 jump squats

Q - 20 second side plank (each side)

R - 1 minute wall sit

S - 30 second quick feet/high knees

T - 20 burpees

U - 20 jumping jacks

V - 20 alternating lunges

W - 15 trice dips

X - 1 minute wall sit

Y - 20 crunches

Z - 20 burpees
