Challenge: 10 squats, 10 glute bridges, 10 bird-dogs (each side), 10 forward lunges, 10 lateral/side lunges (each side), 10 reverse lunges. Beginner – 1 round, Intermediate – 2 rounds, Advanced – 3 rounds. Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds.

After Action: Email/post “Completed”, along with your final time it took to complete the challenge to jacob.l.miller6.naf@mail.mil.
