Challenge: 20-seconds on, 10-seconds off. 4-minute rounds. Round 1: burpees; Round 2: squats; Rounds 3: mountain climbers; Round 4: push-ups; Round 5: side plank left side; Round 6: side plank rights side; Round 7: crunches. Beginner – 1 round, Intermediate – 2 rounds, Advanced – 3 rounds. Rest 1 minute between rounds.
