Starting October, come out to Caro Fitness Center and take our HIIT Classes!
HIIT Classes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Caro from 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Whether you're a fitness expert or just trying HIIT out, all fitness levels are welcome!
